Expect they'll be the third most expensive pints in the Championship come August.

I suspect some non-league clubs in the south east can top £4 too.

That's photo is from the annual beer festival,it's generally held on the Saturday of the FA Cup final which is screened around the ground.

Prices have always been high at Selhurst,and given that the real ale at the bars is generally bright beer (not during the beer festival) ,that why I always head to The George in Croydon to numb the pain beforehand and occasionally celebrate post match.

£4.10 a pint at Doncaster races last weekend but at least in the posh seats i got a proper glass

Well that's right, far better to stick to £4.70 Wifebeater. Bet they wonder why they bother trying real ale.

£4.10 for Hepworth's Pullman - bright on gravity - at Plumpton, and a range of their keg beers. No Guinness or Wifebeater in sight, a commendable performance.
