A little difficulty with this one. Ange Noir (formally D-Fly), is now open. Here is a weblink, with a feature about the place.

I am unsure whether it can be classed as a pub now. I will leave it in your hands.

The article refers to D-Fly as a Thai restaurant, so I'm not clear that it was really what I'd describe as a pub before! I guess the best plan might be to mark it as open until such time as a reviewer goes in for a drink and is either charged a fee for entering the premises or is told that they need to be a member. I have changed the name to Ange Noir (http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/60199/) and await developments.
