Deletion near Gainsborough

There is no sign of any pub on Gainsthorpe Road, between Kirton Lindsey and Hibaldstow, where Perrys (http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/21234/) is supposed to be situated. Admittedly I've only looked for it on Postcode Finder & Streetview, but I'm not sure I want to actually go out there and cycle up and down the road like an idiot looking for a possible pub that clearly doesn't exist. Delete?

Thanks for the info about the map point, ROBCamra - no wonder I couldn't find the damned pub (https://www.google.co.uk/maps/@53.5005832,-0.5719861,3a,27.9y,135.54h,87.82t/data=!3m4!1e1!3m2!1s10V98RcsB2JxBcVGLj8hCg!2e0?hl= en)! I suppose I'll have to get out there and photograph it now (curses!).
