Allowing others to change watermark location on pub pictures?

I'm not sure if anybody else is bothered but when the Pubs Galore watermark is covering most of the submitted pub picture by others and switching it up or down would show it in a better light they just wish they had the option to move as once picture submitted you have to go back in to review and switch yourself which you may not notice or forget to review if numerous pictures uploaded.

I know I'm guilty but any I stumble on I change be nice if we could change despite not being the picture owner.

That should be fairly uncontentious I would have thought, I don’t see why anyone would object to that.

It would also be good if we could have the “do not show on main page” option available before photographs are approved.
