I think I have sorted this out. The various outside sources agree there are two pubs,
1. The Regency Arms (ex The Newbold), 18 Newbold St, CV32 4HN
2. Newbold Comyn Arms & Stables Bar, Newbold Terrace East, CV32 4EU
I have therefore updated both pubs to reflect this.
