Where is this pub?

Whilst sorting some old photos recently, I came across this photo taken on during a childhood holiday. I think it was either Scarborough or Skegness. I would really like to know where it is, and if it still exists under another guise.

Must have been taken in the early seventies, around the time of Watney's "Red Revolution" - one of the twentieth century's less successful branding projects.

I think it was taken around 1978.
