I'm afraid I allowed myself to be misled about The Flying Monk (http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/81603/). There was a reference to a bar on the website associated with John Maher's photography project (http://www.theflyingmonk.co.uk/pp_ebook/photopro.html), but on visiting Leverburgh last week there is clearly no bar there - just a workshop. The woman at the post office spoke fondly of the Flying Monk, but it's his nickname and professional tag, not the name of a pub. Please delete. Sorry.
