Off up to Sheffield this Saturday for a crawl.

No buses just a good walk round, start at Yates's then walk out to ecclesall road and do all pubs and bars on the road that i have not been in,furthest pub will be the Banner Cross, then head back into town for a crawl round the newer bars that i have not done yet,i hope most will have real ales on.

I hope to get at least 22 new pubs done,if any brave souls want to join me for this crawl who are regular members i would be glad to meet up with you.

Cheers Alan

I'll be in Henry's (http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/57715/) at around 7, though could meet you a little earlier elsewhere in the city centre if you've a train to catch or are likely to be staggering by that time ;) - I finish work at 4.

Henrys is on my crawl,i intend working my way from the Hanover into the city centre then gradualy work my way back to the train station.

I wont be staggering but might be slightly slurring my words, but then again Rex had no problems talking to me after 17 pubs so there is hope.

I would prefer an earlier meet if possible.

I will post my crawl tomorrow it is not set in stone but i hope to stick to it if possible.

Cheers Alan

I like the Hanover (http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/43202/). If it had real ale I would go there quite often as it's not far from where I live.

OK, we'll try to sort something out once I see your route and timings. I'll send you my phone number by PM.

Al,

It was good to meet you and do a few pubs together. Apologies for bringing the Viper Rooms (http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/43129/) to your attention, but I suppose someone had to do it. Hope you had a safe journey home.

Hi Will,

It was also good to finally meet up with you and have a decent walk round some new bars for me,though i am pleased we swerved this pub BrewDog (http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/81531/) it would probably have got a lower rating than the Viper Rooms if we had gone in it.

Cheers Alan
