Our local :muppet::muppet::muppet: decided that the branch winner would be the Carrion Crow http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/12933/ (not Carrion as it says on the list).

I was there on Friday. It's not the best pub in Oldham, nevermind the branch area.

It beat The Baum by 1 vote and I'm told that some of the people who voted for it had never even been. :eek:

Too much politics in the local branch I believe. :muppet::muppet::muppet:

PS I don't really want my local in the hat again really as it's still a pain on Friday & Saturday from winning the 2012 national award. :moremad:

After a quick look i think ive done 40,but that is over 30 years or so visiting pubs,
I never go out of my way to do a top real ale pub,but if i bump into one then i am happy doing it.

I have done 37 that I know for sure, and would need to check properly for some of the others. Comes with the caravanning here there and all over.
