New pub submissions

Today I submitted a new pub for Glasgow as 150 Bath Road instead of 190 Bath road. Someone once told me how to change the details after submission and before approval but I have forgot how to do this. Can anyone please enlighten me on the subject. Also does every pub have it,s own unique number
