Tackity Bit (http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/48057/) and Browns Bar Restaurant (http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/48019/) appear to be previous names for what is now called Bakers Night Club; as it's not a pub I would just delete both Browns and Tackity Bit
The Auld Hoose (http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/48011/) is now a restaurant called The Longhouse, it might still serve casual drinkers so it may as well stay on site with its new name.
The Loudon Arms (http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/48041/) is spelled Loudoun Arms on its sign (the Post Office has it wrong as well as Louden).
