Cardiff ??

Hi all,

Off to Cardiff soon for a night match. I plan to have all afternoon for sight-seeing ( yeah right !!)

Due to the sheer volume of boozers I will need to be selective. Any ones I shouldn't miss out ??

If you like spectacular pub interiors, try The Golden Cross (http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/56668/) - probably the most impressive in Wales.

For craft beer and a bite to eat, this place is fairly new on the scene: Fire Island (http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/81094/) It's practically next door to the Urban Tap, so could be a good double header.

There are loads of Wetherspoons in Cardiff, the best of which is probably Prince Of Wales (JD Wetherspoon) (http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/55858/)

Try the Cifton on the edge of Roath and Adamstown a nice leisurely stroll from the centre good Brains SA
