My proper book is out! A guide to the brewing beers of the past. But it's not just a bunch of recipes - there are chapter on ingredients, brewing techniques and a description of the history and development of each style. Pretty cool, eh?
To promote it, I'll be doing a short tour of the East Coast in March, with events in Boston, Brooklyn, Philadelphia, Colonial Williamsburg, Washington DC and Baltimore. Come along if you can. It should be a lot of fun, and there will be beers to drink, brewed from reciped in the book.
