Has anyone come across the Pure Bar and Kitchen in Birmingham? A joint venture between Simpson's restaurant, M&B and Purity Brewery?
I heard that it was due to open in Navigation Street. Now its Waterloo Street.
I've seen it mentioned on t'interweb as the start of a new chain, but I've yet to see it on the ground.
Anyone out these know anything?
May be some money for lawyers? Nowhere near Birmingham but how about Pure Wine Bar & Bistro (http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/67157/)

Just asked on the facebook page and got told not open in Birmingham yet. It's all gone a bit quiet.

On Friday I was at the Bull's Head Pub and Kitchen (Furnace End) - what exactly does that mean - we supply a kitchen so you can make your own cob? Pretentious twaddle.

The Birmingham one looks set to open around the time the Christmas Market is on, I think. Waterloo Street seems to be the address.

Gill, sorry I think I saw you in here on Friday & should have said hello! Interesting place, but my pint of (keg) Longhorn was excellent!

I was on the Worcester Pubs Galore meet up on Friday so couldn't have been me. Meant to go to the Purity Bar Saturday but didn't make it.

Went to Pure Bar & Kitchen yesterday, but cannot find it on site. I know that realaleray said he had been there and put it on site, but have looked at a map and there is no indicator for it.

It's in the backlog of new pubs waiting approval.

Thanks. I'll have to check for it later. Not all that impressed to be honest. Bought their own Purity Saddle Black 5.1% and it was £4 a pint. Cheaper in the Wellington!!
Sorry about the delay, here it is Pure Bar and Kitchen (http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/81554/)
