Closed pub bug?

Although reported closed, this one still shows up on the pub map (I was looking at nearby Sir Thoma Wyatt ) page. Is thsi a bug, or are there several different 'closed' stages?

Not quite sure why that was happening, probably to do with the map issues we were having around then.
