The Dingley Lodge (http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/20940/) doesn't appear to be a pub, being described on its own website (http://www.stayinbritain.co.uk/brochure_new/index.php/entry/view/65399/#about) as "a Licensed Guest House". I suggest deleting it.
