This pub, The Halfpenny (http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/4115/) doesn't appear to exist in spite of being on every pub review site (without reviews), the Post Office has only the even numbered houses in Easson St for that postcode, there's no sign of anything that might have been a pub except what was derelict land and is now the carpark of Middlesbrough Hotel (http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/4169/) which is now called The Highfield.
PS the satellite photo is quite old and shows the remains of what looks like a corner pub in what is now the Highfields play area.
