The Lowther Arms (http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/6069/) has added "Country Inn" after Arms according to the signs and the The Duke's Head Hotel (http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/61010/) has changed from an "Hotel" to an "Inn" again according to the signage.
