I wonder if I can help here. The Wellington used to occupy the corner site that has been photographed (as a Burger King) by John mcGraw, but about 30 years ago most of the site was sold off and the Wellington just occupied the old back bar of the pub. This truncated pub has obviously undergone name changes over the years, but has now returned to being called The Wellington. Thus the old closed Wellington (http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/25551/) and the open Tee's Wine Bar (http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/68563/)are the same pub and need to be combined as an open Wellington, just like dealing with any duplicate entry. The fact that the Wellington was, many years ago, a much bigger pub is something of a red herring. Of course there being a photo for the Wellington and a review for Tee's Wine bar does make it a bit trickier!
The map point for Tee's Wine Bar is in the correct place, and that for The Wellington, as pointed out by aqualung, is way off. The map point for the closed Queen's Head is in the correct place and no action is needed for that pub.
