There are some back street garages, including one with the numeral 29 above its door. The property next door could, with a stretch of the imagination, have been a pub at one time, but is clearly not one now. Not sure whether this requires deletion or marking as closed. (There's a solitary Google reference to this pub having been not at 27 but at 1 Burns St, but there's no evidence to support this either.)
Hendersons Thistle Bar (http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/48964/) appears to be a misinterpretation of Hendersons Bistro Bar (http://www.hendersonsofedinburgh.co.uk/). I've eaten here a couple of times on widely spaced visits to Edinburgh. I would tend agree with the description here (http://www.informededinburgh.co.uk/home-property/guide-to-thistle-street-edinburgh/): "A mainstay of the Edinburgh vegetarian scene for almost fifty years" (though my first visit was in 1986, so I can't vouch for the preceding 20-odd years). It didn't strike me as being a pub, though...
