The Rummer Bar (http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/624/) has been a split pub from it's former days with this reference being the hotel that took this part of the building on. The original Rummer as I recall drinking in it on High Street has now reopened as The Looking Glass, the name of the costume shop that took on the building in recent time.
New address needs to be 39-40 High Street, BS1 2AW. Not sure how you document the hotel section so I'll leave that up to you.
