The Sir Colin Campbell (http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/34140/) is now the much snappier The Colin. Loses something of the history of the pub, though: Sir Colin Campbell was the commander of the Highland Brigade in the famous "Thin Red Line" (http://www.argylls.co.uk/history/the-93rd-sutherland-highlanders-1799-1881/thin-red-line-1854/247-colin-campbell) episode in the Crimean War. There are other pubs named after this man, just as there are others named after the Battle of the Alma (the Fat Cat (http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/43149/) in Sheffield was one). Change the name, lose some of the history.

Also in Kimberworth, The Effingham Arms (http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/34059/) is now called The Droppingwell (presumably to avoid confusion with the other Effingham Arms (http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/34058/) just down the road.

While we're still in this part of Rotherham, the Drawbridge (http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/73223/) should be The Drawbridge, according to the signage. The Ring O Bells (http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/72927/) should be Ring O'Bells, according to the signage. I'm not fussed about whether it should have a The in front, but it should definitely have an apostrophe!
