I think The Buthay (http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/12884/) is a duplicate of Buthay (http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/68274/) which actually is a pub. The one in Kingswood is a house and bears no traits of being a pub.
Regarding the Wickwar Buthay (http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/68274/) despite being currently closed the name is actually The Buthay Inn asseen in the picture uploaded when I tried to go for a drink there today.
