The Packhorse (http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/26133/) does not exist at 83 Ashton New Road, Beswick.
(There is a closed Pack Horse at 1135 Ashton Old Road a couple of miles away in Openshaw)
The present site is a Mercedes factory and years ago when I passed every day to work there was only The General Birch and The Old House at Home.
It needs to go.
