The Crown at 1 Chorley new road Horwich and the Crown Hotel on Lea Lane are the same pub

The photo by Jim Newell of The Crown Hotel is that of the Crown on Chorley new road

There is certainly no pub on Lea lane now of that name, although there could have been one years ago.
