The Tregare Hotel (http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/46214/) at 9 Sketty Road, Swansea may have been a private hotel at one time, but from Google maps street view (http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?q=SA2+0EU&hl=en&ll=51.618436,-3.968468&spn=0.001832,0.006899&sll=51.619818,-4.006378&sspn=0.001016,0.001725&t=h&hnear=Swansea+SA2+0EU,+United+Kingdom&z=17&layer=c&cbll=51.618437,-3.968471&panoid=G9ZFSYwywFxT-jXbUqwyMg&cbp=12,139.5,,1,-1.69) it appears to be a private house, and clearly has never been a pub. Please delete.
