The Terminus Sunderland

I had a look for this pub (http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/5838/) in Thomas St, Ryhope but it's a street of terraced houses, one building might just have been a pub at some time. I would have suspected this entry as a phantom pub however there is a pub in Roker, Sunderland called "Terminus" located in Thomas St North (post code SR6 0BL). Could be a mix up between the two Thomas Streets.

I suggest the Ryhope entry has its details changed to the Thomas St North address, area and post code or just delete and add if that's easier.

I have looked into the Terminus in Thomas Street North and it appears like it has been converted to a takeaway (http://www.sunderland.gov.uk/online-applications/applicationDetails.do?previousCaseUprn=00004503043 7&previousCaseType=Property&activeTab=summary&previousKeyVal=KFBBSBBB01800&previousCaseNumber=001Q7NBBBU000&keyVal=LK0CWUBB06B00) so I have just removed the phantom one in Ryhope and someone can re-add the Roker one if they desperately wish to tell us their memories of the place!
