Judging by some of the nonsense that comes out of Westminster and Brussels, I'd say he's not the only one.

Though bizarrely, the most ridiculous thing to come out recently was from someone who, by her own admission, has never set foot in Strangers' Bar (see the Top Totty thread). Makes you wonder what she is doing, though.
